Payments

Payments can be made by postdated cheques, or at the first lesson day of each month for the entire month. An annual registration fee is due on the very first lesson.
Please note that the Piano Forte Music School year starts the first week of September and goes until the last week of June. Deductions are allowed to be made for one week in Winter break and for one week in Spring break.

Missed Lesson Policy

Lessons are expected to be weekly. Make-up lessons will be arranged in the event of illness only. There are no fee reductions for absences. 24 hour notice for cancellation is required.
Any lessons missed by the teacher will be made up the week following the absence at a time convenient to both the student and the teacher or a substitute teacher will be assigned.

In-Home Lessons

An additional $5.00 per lesson fee will be charged for travel and time. Unless a 24 hour cancellation time is given, all appointments will be charged.

Permanent Cancellation Policy

One month's notice is required to withdraw from the program.

N.S.F Cheques

There will be a $25.00 service charge for cheques returned or refused at the bank for any reason.

Please do not subtract lessons from the school schedule. Time has been reserved for you! If your lesson falls on a holiday, please make arrangements with your teacher for a makeup lesson.
